Psychiatric Intake $350.00 - This is a comprehensive interview and

assessment of any past records. Afterwards, specific recommendations for

treatment will be discussed.

Psychotherapy combined with Medication Management $275.00 - This

service often includes both psychodynamic and/or cognitive-behavior style

therapies. This may be incorporated into medication assessments and

management.

Medication Management $175.00 - This service includes assessment of the

symptoms being treated and discussion of options regarding medications. Dr.

Frank will work together with clients who are being treated by another therapist.
